I post stuff that motivates me. Sometimes the daily ritual of nutrition and workouts can be a drag. This helps.
Also, I'm pretty big on supplementation. The human body was not built for the lives we live. We can excel much farther, live longer, be healthier, and look better supplying the elements our system needs. I will share some of my experiences, intake, and studies I read in that area.
Today must be better than yesterday. Tomorrow needs to surpass today. Progress is fulfillment, where the means and the path become the end. Otherwise, what's the point?
